Is it grilling season? If not, do you feel like grilling anyway? If you have a hankering for some skewered meat and veggies, let’s get started.

Supplies:
Several stainless steel kebab skewers
A grill
Charcoal
2 large plates or a large serving tray
Cutting board
Chef’s knife

Ingredients:
2 pounds of meat of your choice
1 large white onion
1 green bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
lemon juice
lime juice
lemon pepper seasoning
Montreal steak seasoning

Directions:
1. Fire up your grill
2. Slice peppers and onions thick enough to stay on a skewer
3. Cut meat into pieces thick enough to stay on a skewer
4. Assemble peppers, onions, and meat onto the skewers
5. Douse the assembled kebab skewers with lemon and lime juice
6. Season the assembled kebab skewers with spices
7. Place skewers on the grill until cooked to your preference
